The XC6701 series is a 28V rated input withstand voltage, high speed, low current consumption voltage regulator using CMOS process technology. It achieves high ripple suppression and high accuracy with low current consumption.
Built-in over-current protection circuit and over-temperature protection circuit, when the output current reaches the limit current or the junction temperature reaches the limit temperature, it automatically starts to work and plays a role in protecting the IC.
You can choose SOT-89, SOT-223, TO-252 and other packages according to the application.
It adopts packages of various sizes and can be widely used in portable instruments, household appliances, car navigation systems, etc.
