I saw various sine wave inverters made by masters such as Zhong Gong Lao Shou on the forum and I was itching to do it. I also learned a little from their masterpieces. I always wanted to copy one, but I didn’t have the conditions to make a circuit board. I had made a rectified sine wave inverter before, so I had some ideas. They were all made with perforated boards. I don’t have much experience in inverters. I hope the masters can give me more advice. Thank you in advance. Use two EE4215 (pc40) cores in series, the two transformers are 4T+4T primary and 60T secondary, that is, the first, second and third are arranged, 8 irf1404, 4 Infineon 20n60,

This is the no-load waveform diagram. The original filter inductor has been replaced and the wire diameter has been increased to 1.2, which was originally 0.8. The inductor has also been reinforced with a perforated board.

This is the waveform with a hair dryer under load. The batteries are four 60A lithium iron phosphate batteries, and the 220V output current reaches 4.5A, which is about 1000W. The battery leads are a little small and get very hot after two or three minutes, but the machine can't feel any temperature. The driver board itself is designed to have a protection point current of 5A on a 0.1 ohm sampling resistor. If the resistance of the sampling resistor is reduced to change the protection point, the displayed current will be inaccurate. I don't know how you masters changed it, please advise. My requirement is 1000W, which is enough to meet the power supply of household lighting and a 750-watt water pump, but I don't know if it can work continuously at 1000W. Now I don't have a big battery to try, and the temperature sensor has not been installed. The cooling fan has been installed but not connected.

The small perforated board on the top is a 34063 boost board, the power supply voltage is maintained at 16 volts, the white ones are two 0.2 ohm ceramic non-inductive resistors connected together, the distribution and arrangement are very messy, please accept them.
