Things to note when installing high-frequency switching power supplies

1. Place the rectifier properly and keep it stable. To ensure good ventilation of the rectifier, there should be no objects within 0.5m around it. In addition, avoid the power supply working in an environment full of dust and corrosive gas, and stay away from heat sources and humid areas. The relative humidity is 5%~70%, and the ambient temperature is -25℃~40℃ to extend the life of the machine.

2. Check whether the machine casing is loose and whether the port is damaged during transportation, and confirm that the three-phase air switch is in the disconnected position.

3. Find the power input line, connect the leads respectively, align the remote control line with the concave and convex parts of the socket, insert it firmly and tighten it.

4. There is a " " mark on the lower left corner of the rear shell of the chassis. Please connect it to the ground to prevent static electricity.

5. Turn the power adjustment knob ⑤ counterclockwise to the minimum position.

6. Close the air switch, the fan starts to rotate, the power indicator ① lights up, and the fault indicator ④ flashes several times and then goes out.

7. Turn the "Work/Standby" switch ② to the "Standby" position, and then to the "Work" position.

8. Rotate the adjustment knob ⑤ clockwise. When the "voltage stabilizer/current stabilizer" switch is in the "voltage stabilizer" position, the voltmeter reading will increase to the required value, and the ammeter will make corresponding indications according to the load size. When the "voltage stabilizer/current stabilizer" switch is in the "current stabilizer" position, the ammeter reading will increase to the required value under load conditions, and the voltmeter will make corresponding indications according to the load size. When there is no load, rotate the adjustment knob clockwise, the voltage indicates the highest value, and the ammeter indicates zero.

9. When turning off the power, first turn the adjustment knob counterclockwise to the bottom, turn the "Work/Standby" switch to the "Standby" position, and disconnect the air switch.

10. When the machine is working normally, the outer shell will generate eddy currents due to the influence of the high-frequency magnetic field inside the machine, causing the outer shell to heat up and generate static electricity. This is a normal phenomenon.

11. Water-cooled switch power supply, connect the water source pipe to the water inlet, connect the water outlet pipe, check whether the water inlet is smooth. The water pressure switch has been adjusted when the machine leaves the factory. During operation, the water pressure cannot be lower than the adjusted water pressure.

After the above operation, if there is no abnormal phenomenon, it means that the power supply is intact and the load can be connected to work normally.

1. Inspection and maintenance

During the use of the rectifier, the user should regularly clean and inspect it according to the working environment of the machine. Follow the steps below:

A. Before opening the chassis, disconnect the external power supply for 30 minutes.

B. After opening the chassis, clean the dust from all parts. You can use a dry cloth or a brush, or blow it with compressed air, but be careful not to use too high a pressure to avoid damaging the components.

C. Check whether the power supply is normal and whether the air switch is disconnecting reliably.

D. Check whether the fan is working abnormally and whether there is any noise.

E. Check whether the output copper busbar is oxidized and clean it in time.

F. Check whether the screws and nuts are loose.

G. For water-cooled switching power supplies, if water is found to be flowing out of the machine, check whether there is water leakage in the water circuit and tighten the retaining spring. Clean it regularly according to the water quality used.

2. Problems and Solutions

If a fault occurs during the use of the power supply, please check it as follows. Simple faults caused by improper installation or operation can be eliminated by the user; if it is a quality problem of the power supply itself, please contact the factory after careful inspection. It is not recommended that users repair the power supply by themselves.
