Installation
After the electroplating rectifier is placed in place at the production site, connect the copper busbars of the rectifier and the reversing switch. The reversing switch needs to be fixed with anchor screws. Connect the copper busbars of the reversing switch and the electrode of the plating tank, and place the control box in a convenient position for observation and operation. Connect the rectifier power supply (380V three-phase three-wire) and the reversing switch power supply (380V three-phase four-wire). And connect the water pipe.
Before the first use of the reversing switch and each time the power cord of the reversing switch is reconnected, the motor direction must be checked and confirmed.
Turn the "manual/automatic" switch on the control box to "manual", close the switch that supplies power to the reversing switch, press the forward button or reverse button on the control box, and see if the rotation direction of the motor of the reversing switch is consistent with the marked direction. (If not, stop immediately. Otherwise, it will cause serious damage to the machine.) If not, any two phases of the input power line of the reversing switch should be swapped, and then checked according to the above method. After confirming that the rotation direction is the same as the mark, the reversing switch can be used.
Use
This automatic reversing switch has two operating modes: automatic and manual. The control box is as shown below:
Automatic operation
Turn the start switch (on/off) on the control box to "off", turn the "manual/automatic" switch to "automatic", set the "constant voltage/constant current" and the time of the reverse timer and the forward timer according to the production process, and adjust the reverse adjustment and forward adjustment knobs counterclockwise to the minimum for the first use.
Press the 380V power supply of the rectifier and the reversing switch, and the "reversing switch power supply" indicator on the control box will light up.
Turn the start switch to "on", press the automatic start button on the control box, and the reversing switch will move in the reverse direction (the motor working indicator light will light up). After the reverse is in place (the reverse in place indicator light will light up), the rectifier starts to work, the reversing switch outputs in the reverse direction, and the reverse timer starts timing. At this time, the reverse working voltage / current can be adjusted according to the production process . When the reverse timer is up, the reversing switch moves forward (the motor working indicator light is on), the rectifier stops, and when the forward position is in place (the forward position indicator light is on), the rectifier starts working, the reversing switch outputs forward, and the forward timer starts timing. At this time, the forward working voltage/current can be adjusted according to the production process. When the forward timer is up, the rectifier stops, the alarm sounds, and a working cycle is completed. If it does not work continuously, the start switch should be turned off in time. If you need to stop during the automatic working process, press the stop button on the control box and the rectifier stops working. Press the automatic start button again, and the rectifier and reversing switch automatic program will start running from the beginning. Manual operation Turn the start switch (on/off) on the control box to "off", turn the "manual/automatic" switch to "manual", set "constant voltage/constant current" according to the production process, and adjust the reverse direction adjustment and forward adjustment knobs counterclockwise to the minimum when using for the first time. Press the 380V power supply of the rectifier and reversing switch, and the "reversing switch power supply" indicator on the control box will light up. Turn the start switch to "on", if the reversing switch is switched (forward or reverse) into place (the forward or reverse in place indicator light is on), the rectifier starts working. If the reversing switch is not in place, press the forward or reverse button as needed. After it is in place, the rectifier will automatically start and work. If reversing is required during work, just press the corresponding button (forward or reverse) and the rectifier will stop, and will automatically start after the reversal is completed. Note: The constant voltage/constant current switch, manual/automatic switch, reverse timer, and forward timer on the control box can only be switched or set when the machine is turned off. Maintenance Instructions: The automatic reversing switch must be routinely maintained every month: 1. Add grease to the screw 2. Drip engine oil into all bearings 3. Add engine oil to the reducer 4. Add conductive paste to the sliding part
