The Fluke 437 Series II 400Hz power quality and energy analyzer is designed for the defense and aerospace industries. Capable of measuring frequencies up to 400 Hz, the 437 II is an essential tool for those working on submarines, aircraft and other transportation applications.
Features:
400 Hz measurement: By increasing the power frequency to 400 Hz, the transformer and motor are smaller and lighter than at 50 and 60 Hz, which is more conducive to the application of aircraft, submarines, spacecraft and other military equipment and handheld tools. Model 437 II enables the measurement of power quality in such aerospace and military systems.
Power Inverter Efficiency: Simultaneously measures the AC output power and DC input power of a power electronics system (using the optional DC current clamp).
Electrical Parameter Waveform Data Capture: Captures rapidly changing RMS data, displaying half cycles and waveforms to describe electrical system dynamics (generator starting, UPS switching, etc.).
Energy Loss Analyzer: Determine the financial cost of electrical energy loss by quantifying standard active and reactive power measurements, imbalance and harmonic power.
Real-time troubleshooting: Analyze trends using cursor and zoom tools.
Safety Level: Incoming wires are rated for 600 V CAT IV/1000 V CAT III.
Measure all three phases and neutral: Built-in 4 flexible current probes, enhanced slim flex design to fit in tight locations.
Automatic trend analysis: Every measurement is recorded automatically, no setup is required.
System Monitor: Displays 10 power quality parameters on one screen according to EN50160 power quality standard.
Recorder functions: Configurable for any test conditions, can record up to 600 parameters at user-defined intervals.
View graphs and generate reports: Analysis software included.
Battery Life: Lithium-ion battery pack provides 7 hours of operation per charge.
