Bursting strength testers are divided into two types: hydraulic bursting and pneumatic bursting. The hydraulic pressure acts on the test sample above the rubber eardrum to burst the tested sample. It is used to test knitted, woven, non-woven fabrics, The maximum pressure value and bursting height of paper and cardboard when bursting.
The hydraulic automatic burst tester uses high-precision pressure sensors and imported non-contact linear displacement sensors to accurately test the bursting force and height at the moment the sample bursts. The fully transparent imported acrylic test cup makes it easy to observe the bursting of the sample throughout the process. High-power electric push rod, large torque, stable and accurate pressurization, the maximum pressure can reach 6000kPa. A variety of test cups are available.
