The non-woven fabric dry lint tester is also called a twist tester. This equipment is used to evaluate the lint test of non-woven fabrics under dry conditions. It is mainly applicable to the evaluation of the lint performance of raw non-woven fabrics and other textile materials used in medical protective materials (surgical sheets, surgical gowns, clean clothes, etc.). During the test, the test principle is: the sample is subjected to a combined effect of torsion and compression in the test chamber. During this twisting process, air is extracted from the test chamber, and the test results are evaluated by counting and classifying the particles in the air with a laser dust particle counter.
