The fully automatic transformer ratio tester uses a ratio bridge to measure the transformer ratio. The operation process is cumbersome and the measurement range is narrow. It is no longer suitable for the fast-paced and high-speed requirements of modern measurement. To this end, modern electronic technology has been used to develop a new generation of fully automatic ratio group testers. The fully automatic transformer ratio tester has the advantages of small size, light weight, high precision, and good stability. The fully automatic transformer ratio tester uses a large-screen LCD Chinese character display and menu operation, with a clear interface, and the ratio group can be measured at one time. The fully automatic transformer ratio tester is an ideal test instrument for the power industry.
According to IEC and relevant national regulations, semi-finished and finished products in the transformer production process, as well as newly installed and overhauled transformers must be tested for transformation ratio before commissioning. In the preventive test procedures of the Ministry of Electric Power, it is required to regularly measure the transformation ratio of operating transformers. Through the transformation ratio test of the transformer, the transformer winding turns ratio and the condition of the tap changer can be checked, and it can be determined whether the transformer has defects such as inter-turn short circuit, and whether it can be operated in parallel, so as to ensure the safe use of the equipment.

2. Automatically perform group conversion and directly measure the transformation ratio of single-phase, three-phase transformers and mutual inductors.
3. Automatically switch phase sequence.
4. Automatically switch the measuring range.
5. Automatic calibration.
6. After inputting the standard transformation ratio, the relative error can be calculated automatically.
7. Once a measurement is completed, the test voltage will be automatically cut off.
8. The measurement results are automatically saved, the test data can be printed out, and 20 historical measurement data can be stored.
