KE7100 LANcheck is an easy-to-use, handheld, cost-effective LAN tester. As the basic version of Ethernet performance tester KE7200, it is very suitable for network measurements that do not require or need data archiving.
The KE7100 tester can test wiring and wire pairs: continuity, open circuit, short circuit, alternation and cross-winding, etc. It can also test the length of the wire and locate the distance of the cable short circuit/break point. The built-in user-configurable cable library provides a variety of cables and wiring diagrams for you to see at a glance, no longer being confused about cables and wiring schemes like in the past. Supports up to 32 independent remote ends, which can be managed synchronously by the KE7100.
The device checks the available Power over Ethernet (PoE, PoE+) connections and their available power. The port finder function (LED flashing on the switch) can help identify the data port. The integrated audio signal tracing function can be used to find the line with the optional PROBE310. The KE710x kit is an ideal tool for telephone/data cabling installation and troubleshooting.
