What is the wiring method of the DC resistance tester? As an instrument often used in the power testing industry, the DC resistance tester has always been favored by the majority of power workers. It is a common method for many power workers to test the DC resistance of power equipment. However, how to connect the DC resistance tester has always been a problem for the majority of power workers. Therefore, this article takes the model YTC316-10 DC resistance tester as an example to briefly introduce the wiring method of the DC resistance tester.
Three-channel measurement wiring: (simultaneous measurement of YN windings) wiring see Figure 1
D winding measurement item by item: (D winding each phase measurement) D winding connection see Figure 2
Single-channel direct measurement wiring: (YND11 transformer CO phase measurement) see Figure 3.
Y winding measurement item by item: (Y winding each phase measurement) Y winding connection see Figure 4
Iron core five-column YND11 transformer magnetic assist measurement wiring: (optional and item-by-item magnetic assist measurement of low-voltage winding) see Figure 5 (I)
For manual wiring of magnetic auxiliary measurement of iron core five-column YND11 transformer: the external wiring method in the figure can be used for wiring and measurement using the single-channel method.
In actual testing work, the DC resistance tester needs to perform corresponding wiring work according to the actual test product. Before the operation, the power worker needs to read the product operating manual carefully and operate in strict accordance with the manual.
