How to clean the oil cup of the insulating oil withstand voltage tester?

　　1. Oil cup cleaning method

　　(1) Use clean silk to repeatedly wipe the electrode surface and electrode rod;

　　(2) Adjust the electrode gap using a standard gauge;

　　(3) Clean with petroleum ether or ethanol for 3 to 4 times, then blow dry with a hair dryer and put the oil sample to be tested in for 2 or 3 times.

　　2. How to clean the stirring paddle

　　(1) Use a clean silk cloth to repeatedly wipe the stirring paddle until there are no fine particles on the surface. Avoid touching the surface of the stirring paddle with your hands.

　　(2) Hold the stirring paddle with tweezers, immerse it in anhydrous ethanol, rinse it repeatedly, and blow it dry with a hair dryer;

　　(3) Use tweezers to hold the stirring paddle tightly, immerse the oil sample to be tested in it and scrub it repeatedly.
