Recently, 6 new products from FILIER, a US leader in thermal imaging technology innovation, were launched simultaneously to meet the needs of various scenarios and work.
Ultra-high resolution – FLIR T1010
The FLIR T1010 HD thermal imaging camera has a resolution of up to 3.1 megapixels (with UltraMax® technology) and a modern, intuitive graphical user interface that fully optimizes workflow and greatly improves work efficiency.
★ The 1024×768 detector provides the highest resolution among FLIR handheld thermal imagers;
★ With FLIR's high-fidelity OSX Precision HDIR lens, you can pinpoint tiny temperature anomalies at long distances; adjust the image in the thermal imager to improve measurements with features such as one-touch level/span zone adjustments.
Integrated viewfinder - FLIR T865/T860
The FLIR T865/T860 thermal imaging camera features an oblique optical design and supports non-contact inspection methods. It is simple to use and can safely and comfortably assess the condition of critical electrical and mechanical equipment.
★ Equipped with a 4-inch ultra-large high-brightness color LCD display and an integrated viewfinder, the camera can be clearly seen even in the sun, and can easily adapt to any indoor or outdoor working environment; compatible with FLIR AutoCal™ interchangeable lenses, you can easily scan wide areas with a 42° wide-angle lens, or check distant targets with a 6° telephoto lens;
★ Use FLIR Route Creator to write inspection plans and download them to the thermal imager to optimize key equipment management and manage images and
data, speeding up data collection and reporting;
★ Laser-assisted autofocus, one-touch level/span area adjustment, T865 temperature measurement accuracy up to ±1℃/±1%.
180° rotating lens - FLIR T560
The FLIR T560 has an excellent infrared resolution (640*480) and is very suitable for long-distance and large-area scanning. It is equipped with various advanced functions to help professionals troubleshoot abnormal hot spots in power generation, transmission and distribution, and manufacturing equipment, locate hidden dangers in a timely manner, and arrange maintenance work.
180° rotatable optical components
★ Equipped with a 180° rotating observation lens, high-altitude device observation is stress-free; equipped with AutoCal optical intelligent lens, multiple series and multiple models of thermal imagers share (from wide-angle lens to telephoto lens), making your work easier;
★ Quickly access menus, folders, and settings using intuitive controls, including a responsive touchscreen and two programmable buttons. A new FLIR Inspection Route option allows you to download inspection plans from FLIR Thermal Studio Pro software to simplify inspection work.
Higher, more accurate, clearer - the new FLIR Exx series
The new FLIR Exx series (E54/76/86/98) has higher infrared image resolution and is equipped with FLIR's patented UltraMax™ (except E54) +MSX® technology to capture clearer and more detailed infrared images, allowing you to obtain more accurate measurement data and making it easier for you to make correct judgments.
★ FLIR Inspection Route is now standard on the Exx Series for the first time, guiding users along a preset route to conduct inspections.
★ The maximum pixel of FLIR Exx series can reach 640*480, and the maximum measurement temperature can reach 1500℃;
★ AutoCal® self-calibration lens + laser-guided autofocus, supports interchangeable auto-calibration lenses (except E54).
Scientific Kit - FLIR A400/700
FLIR A400/700 series thermal imaging camera scientific kits simplify temperature measurement work and provide great convenience for researchers and engineers in a wide range of application fields such as electronics, aerospace, life sciences, etc. A400/700 scientific kits are available in standard version and professional version.
★ Stream fully radiometric compressed data to a device running FLIR Research Studio software via Wi-Fi. Use the software’s simple “connect ➞ view ➞ record ➞ analyze” workflow to quickly acquire and analyze infrared measurement results for R&D scenarios.
★ Available with a variety of lenses, automatic/remote and manual focus, flexible field of view, and the standard one-button FLIR macro mode, you can accurately measure the temperature of tiny objects without switching lenses.
New Fixed Thermal Imaging Camera Solutions - FLIR Axxx Series
FLIR Axxx series new fixed thermal imaging camera solutions have two configurations: smart sensor configuration and infrared image stream configuration. Smart sensor configuration integrates measurement tools, alarms, and edge analysis functions to make critical decisions faster. Infrared image stream configuration supports multiple infrared video streams or visible light video stream transmission functions to optimize process control, improve quality assurance, identify hidden dangers, and eliminate production line shutdowns.
★ Provides a variety of lens options and electric focus function, compressed radiation flow technology reduces bandwidth requirements by 90%, making it possible to connect thermal imagers and share data via Wi-Fi;
★ Users can design their own system, choose smart sensor configuration or image streaming configuration, select the thermal imager body according to the required resolution, and then add lenses and a variety of optional functions to meet application needs.
