The COD, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus three-in-one online analyzer is a new generation of online analyzers that fully complies with standards and industry standards. One instrument can simultaneously measure the chemical oxygen demand (COD) in water, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in water, and the online determination of the three pollution factors complies with current standards and industry requirements, saving users use costs.
The measurement principle of COD is based on the absorption of ultraviolet light by organic matter in water samples. The absorbance of ultraviolet light by water samples is measured by ultraviolet spectroscopy to directly determine the COD concentration in water samples. The online analyzer for ammonia nitrogen uses Nessler's reagent method or salicylic acid optical colorimetry, and its analysis process and results fully comply with the national standards and industry requirements of HJ536-2009 and HJ/T101-2003; the online analyzer for total phosphorus uses ammonium molybdate colorimetry: water samples and potassium persulfate are digested under ultraviolet light, and phosphorus-containing compounds in the water are oxidized into orthophosphates, and then react with ammonium molybdate and potassium antimony tartrate in an acidic medium to produce heteropolyacids, which react with ascorbic acid to produce blue substances, the color depth of which is proportional to the total phosphorus content in the water sample.

9. Advanced self-diagnosis and alarm system, when the sample is suddenly interrupted, there is an alarm signal.
10. Simple operation and maintenance.
● Calibration method: automatic timing calibration or manual calibration.
● Pre-treatment maintenance: automatic cleaning or manual cleaning.
● Daily maintenance: Clean the filter of the external sampling pump every three months; clean the quantitative tube every six months or choose to replace the quantitative tube; replace the syringe and digestion tank every three years; replace the filter module in the pretreatment device once a year.
● Self-check system: self-monitoring of leaks; self-diagnosis of instrument status.
