The instructions before using the vortex flowmeter are as follows:
1. Before installation, the sealing ring must be placed in the flange groove. The location of the pressure and temperature measurement points is 3 to 5 DN downstream of the sensor, and the temperature measurement point is 5 to 8 DN downstream.
2. Before installation, the pipeline must be cleaned. Flush out the impurities in the pipe to avoid clogging the sensor after the flow. The pipe for measuring the liquid must be filled with the measured liquid to prevent the interference of bubbles.
3. When welding the special flange to the straight pipe section, the sensor cannot be welded.
4. When measuring high-temperature media, do not wrap the sensor connecting rod with insulation materials.
5. When installing, the flow direction mark of the sensor should be consistent with the flow direction of the fluid in the pipeline.
6. The direction of the shielded cable connecting the sensor should be as far away as possible from the interference of strong electromagnetic fields. It is not allowed to be laid together with high-voltage cables. The shielded cable should be shortened as much as possible and cannot be coiled to reduce the distributed inductance. The maximum length should not exceed 200 meters.
