Why is ground resistance still an issue that is ignored by everyone? The main reason is that there is no ideal measuring instrument. The test value accuracy of the ground megohmmeter of the high-speed labeling machine is very poor due to well-known reasons. The ground resistance tester sometimes regards the ground resistance as an abstract physical quantity, which is difficult to grasp. With the development of scientific instruments, advanced ground resistance testers have completely mastered the essentials of ground resistance testing and can ensure that the test values are correct. At present, intelligent ground resistance meters are not only powerful, but also can cope with various complex situations on site, such as effectively eliminating interference, automatically tracking the most suitable test conditions, and providing intelligent prompts when various problems occur.
Performance characteristics of ground resistance testers
1. The measured power frequency equivalence is good. The vibration meter test current waveform is a sine wave, and two frequencies are used for measurement.
2. Strong anti-ground voltage interference ability. This instrument adopts the frequency difference method to measure, and with the modern software and hardware filtering technology, the instrument has a high anti-interference performance, and the test data is stable and reliable. The error caused by the 15V power frequency (50Hz) interference voltage is only 0.001Ω.
3. High precision. It can be used to measure large ground grids with very small ground impedance.
4. Powerful functions. It can measure all characteristic parameters of the grounding device specified in relevant standards. It can not only measure the grounding impedance, but also the resistance component and reactance component.
5. It has disconnection alarm function to avoid wrong measurement.
6. Simple operation. The full Chinese menu operation directly displays the measurement results, and the built-in micro printer can print the measurement results on site.
