In today's rapidly developing industrial society, spectral analysis instruments and chemical analysis instruments are widely used in many fields such as metallurgy, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, machinery, new material development, aviation, space exploration, etc. Ground resistance testers have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages of spectrum analyzer:

1. Flexible sampling method, can save the loss caused by sampling for the detection and analysis of rare and precious metals.
2. High test rate, can set multi-channel instant multi-point acquisition, and output in real time through the calculator.
3. Non-destructive testing can be done for some mechanical parts without destroying the sample, which is convenient for non-destructive testing.
4. Fast analysis speed, more suitable for furnace analysis or on-site analysis, so as to achieve rapid detection.
5. The accuracy of the analysis result is based on the chemical analysis standard sample.

Disadvantages of spectrum analyzer:

1. It is difficult to accurately detect non-metals and elements between metals and non-metals.
2. It is not an original method and cannot be used as an arbitration analysis method. The test results cannot be used as a basis for national certification.
3. Due to the relative monopoly of each company's products, the purchase and maintenance costs are relatively high, and the cost performance is low.
4. A large number of representative samples are required for chemical analysis modeling, which is obviously impractical for small batch sample testing.
5. The model needs to be constantly updated. When the instrument changes or the standard sample changes, the model must also change.
6. The modeling cost is very high, and the test cost of the three-element analyzer is also relatively large. Of course, when testing a large number of samples, the test cost will decrease.
7. It is easily affected by external or internal factors such as optical system parameters, and curve nonlinearity problems often occur, which has a great impact on the accuracy of the test results.

Advantages of Chemical Analyzers

1. Chemical analysis is an arbitration analysis method used by national laboratories with high accuracy.
2. Interference between elements can be shielded by chemical reagents, so that elements do not interfere with each other, and the curve can be nonlinearly regressed to ensure the accuracy of the test.
3. The sampling process is to go deep into the center of the sample and collect at multiple points, which is more representative, especially for inhomogeneous samples and samples after surface treatment.
4. It has a wide range of applications and few limitations. Chemical analysis instruments can establish standard curves for measurement, and the instrument can perform curve self-detection.
5. The purchase and maintenance costs are low, and maintenance is relatively simple.

Disadvantages of chemical analyzers:

1. The process is more complex than spectral analysis and the workload is greater.
2. The test samples will be damaged during the sampling process.
