A new generation of flowmeter that integrates flow, temperature, and pressure detection functions and can automatically compensate for temperature and pressure. How to install and debug the newly purchased orifice flowmeter? First of all, we must consider the installation requirements of the flowmeter for the pipeline.
Installation pipeline prerequisites:
(1) The straight pipe section before and after the throttling device must be straight, and there must be no visible twists and turns.
(2) The straight pipe section used to install the throttling device should be lubricated. If not lubricated, the flow coefficient should be multiplied by the roughness to change the sparse.
(3) In order to ensure that the flow of the fluid forms a sufficiently developed turbulent velocity distribution 1d before the throttling device, and to make this distribution into a uniform axisymmetric shape, so:
1) The straight pipe section must be round, and for the 2d area before the throttling device, its roundness requirements are very strict, and. 2) A sufficiently long straight pipe section is required before and after the throttling device. This sufficiently long straight pipe section is related to the local resistance before the throttling device and the diameter ratio.
(3) The length of the straight pipe section between the first resistance member and the second resistance member on the upstream side of the throttling device can be taken as 1/2 of the listed value according to the form of the second resistance member = 0.7 (regardless of the actual value)
. (4) When the upstream side of the throttling device is an open space or a large container with a diameter of &ge2d, the straight pipe length between the open space or large container and the throttling device shall not be less than 30d (15d). If there are other partial resistance members between the throttling device and the open space or large container, in addition to the minimum straight pipe section length 1 specified in accordance with the regulations between the throttling device and the partial resistance member, the total length of the straight pipe section from the open space to the throttling device shall not be less than 30d (15d).
Installation steps:
1. Connect the signal line and power line
2. Open the inlet and outlet valves, and the opening of the inlet and outlet valves should be consistent
3. Open the balancing valve, anemometer high-quality anemometer, perfect after-sales service, high quality, low price. Slowly open the valve at the high and low pressure end of the orifice plate, and close the stainless steel three-valve group balancing valve after the fluid passes through the flow meter.
