Turbine flowmeter digital pressure gauge is widely used in pipelines and containers for conveying gas and liquid to measure the pressure of liquid, gas, steam and other media without explosion hazard, crystal, non-solid and non-corrosive to alloy. It has the advantages of small size, safe and reliable performance and clear display. It can accurately measure flow, liquid level, gauge pressure, absolute pressure, vacuum degree and specific gravity. It is directly connected to secondary instruments and computer control systems to realize automatic detection and control of the production process. It can be widely used in various industrial fields for gas and liquid pressure detection.

 Principle of digital pressure gauge: The digital pressure gauge uses the elastic deformation of the sensitive elements (Bourdon tube, diaphragm box, bellows) inside the gauge, and then the conversion mechanism of the movement inside the digital pressure gauge transmits the pressure deformation to the pointer, causing the pointer to rotate to display the pressure/structure of the digital pressure gauge.

 Autoranging: Provides high resolution and accuracy in the low pressure range when turbine flow meters are needed

 Automatic shutdown: Automatically shut down after 40 minutes to save battery

 Stable Mode: The Stable function is used to stabilize the readings. It will display the average of the last four readings.

 Pressure indication method of digital pressure gauge

 There are two ways to express pressure: one is the pressure expressed with absolute vacuum as the reference, which is called absolute pressure; the other is the pressure expressed with atmospheric pressure as the reference, which is called relative pressure. Since the pressure measured by most pressure measuring instruments is relative pressure, relative pressure is also called gauge pressure. When the absolute pressure is less than the atmospheric pressure, it can be expressed by the value of the absolute pressure in the container being less than one atmosphere. The legal unit of pressure in my country is Pa (N/㎡), called Pascal, or Pa for short. Since this unit is too small for turbine flowmeters, its 106-fold unit MPa (megapascal) is often used.
