The intelligent anti-corrosion electromagnetic flowmeter adopts the world's latest technology. It uses constant current low-frequency three-value rectangular wave or dual-frequency rectangular wave excitation, which has the advantages of rectangular wave magnetic field and overcomes the disadvantages of sine wave magnetic field; it can also eliminate the errors caused by power supply voltage fluctuations, power supply frequency changes and excitation coil impedance changes; and has excellent zero point stability and is not affected by fluid noise interference. Therefore, it has the characteristics of high stability and high reliability. The measurement principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The intelligent anti-corrosion electromagnetic flowmeter consists of a sensor and a converter. The sensor is installed on the measuring pipeline. The converter can be combined with the sensor and connected together to be called an integrated electromagnetic flowmeter. The converter is installed within 30 meters or 100 meters from the sensor. The two are connected by a shielded cable and are called a separate electromagnetic flowmeter. The main components of the sensor are: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core and yoke shell. It is mainly used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipes. Such as water, sewage, mud, pulp, various acids, alkalis, salt solutions, food slurries, etc., are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking and other industries as well as environmental protection, municipal management, water conservancy construction and other fields.
