Use environment:
If the image measuring instrument is subject to additional ambient vibration, the measurement accuracy will be reduced. When the frequency is less than 10Hz, the amplitude of the ambient vibration should not exceed 2μm (peak-to-peak difference); when the frequency is between 10Hz and 50Hz, the acceleration should not exceed 0.4Gal. If the vibration exceeds these limits, anti-vibration measures should be taken (such as installing vibration dampers).
The components of the dust-free image measuring instrument must be dust-free. Although the dust cover has a certain protective effect on the image measuring instrument, the measuring instrument should still be cleaned regularly.
The power supply uses a stable power supply of 90~264VAC, 47-63Hz, 10Amp to ensure the normal operation of the instrument.
Keep the ambient temperature at 20℃±1℃ as much as possible. Do not adjust the accuracy of the machine at a high or low temperature. Otherwise, the accuracy of this measuring instrument at 20℃ cannot be guaranteed.
Humidity Humidity has no direct adverse effect on measurement accuracy. However, high humidity can cause rust on the mechanical surface and hinder smooth axial movement. It is therefore recommended that the ambient humidity be maintained between 30% and 80%.
The light image measuring instrument cannot be placed in a lighting environment with strong light or direct sunlight, otherwise it will greatly affect the measuring accuracy of the measuring instrument.
Maintenance of parts:
When loading and unloading workpieces, please be especially careful with the glass platform. Sometimes the measuring platform will be covered with moisture and oil mist. Please use a detergent to remove the dirt.
When the housing is not in use, please cover it with a dust cover. Once the housing is contaminated, please wipe it with a soft cloth. Although the contamination of the housing will not directly affect the measurement accuracy, the contamination may still spread to other parts of the housing such as the linear guide rail or platform that may affect the measurement accuracy.
