The draw-wire displacement sensor is a new and simple length displacement sensor with a wide range of uses. It has the advantages of compact structure, long measuring stroke, small installation space, high measurement accuracy, good reliability, long life, and less maintenance. In addition, the draw-wire displacement sensor is easy to install and use, suitable for many dangerous occasions, and widely used in measurement fields.
Signal output mode of pull rope displacement sensor
The signal output mode of the pull-wire displacement sensor is divided into digital signal output and analog signal output. The digital output type can choose incremental rotary encoder, absolute value encoder, etc. The output signal is square wave ABZ signal or Gray code signal. The maximum stroke can be 10,000 mm, the maximum linear accuracy is 0.01%, and the resolution can reach up to 0.001 mm/pulse depending on the configuration.
For analog output type, you can choose precision potentiometer, Hall encoder, absolute encoder, etc. The output signal can be 4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 0-10 V, serial SSI and resistance signal, etc. The maximum stroke can reach 12500 mm. The maximum protection level of the use environment can reach IP65, and it can be used in a wide temperature environment of -45℃~+105℃
