[System Overview]

There are many types of special torpedo test equipment, involving multiple parameters such as AC voltage, resistance, time frequency, signal, etc. In the past, these test equipment were calibrated by traditional methods, with low work efficiency, low test accuracy, and reduced reliability. For a long time, the work method of simply relying on accumulated maintenance experience has been unable to meet the needs of the modernization of naval defense. This article introduces the solution of using EVOC industrial computer as the main control computer for the measurement system of torpedo test equipment.

[System Principle]

Controller: Use EVOC industrial computer, add ISA bus control card and I/O control card to form input/output controller, external display, keyboard, mouse and human-machine interface;

Comprehensive tester: Under the control of the controller, the standard source outputs AC and DC standard voltage and current signals, which are used to transfer various signals and transmit data through the programmable switch array. The designed standard source is composed of microcomputer digital circuits;

Universal standard instruments: one is for measuring the output signal of special equipment, such as digital voltmeter, digital oscilloscope, frequency meter, phase meter, distortion meter, etc., and the other is for providing standard signals to special equipment, such as signal source, etc.;

Printer: as a test data recording device;

[system assesment]

During the design process, three key technologies were solved: the intelligent design of the program-controlled conversion switch was realized, and the overall structure was optimized; the equivalent model of the circuit nonlinear element was realized by using Newton's method, which simplified the system analysis; and the verification automation was realized based on the national metrology standard, which facilitated unified management. From the actual use, the system has improved the automation level of torpedo metrology verification work, is easy to operate, and is suitable for use by troops.
