Online Ph Meter Composition
1. The display host is also called the secondary instrument , which is used to display the measured value
2. The sensor , also known as the electrode or probe, is used to sense and measure the pH value of water quality.
3. Mounting parts, used to protect sensors, such as pipeline type, pool type, floating type, etc.
4. Cables, used to connect electrodes and secondary instruments.
Before purchasing online PH value, you need to understand the on-site conditions for measuring PH value in detail as follows
1. Medium: such as sewage, pure water, tap water or others.
2. Medium temperature: normal temperature or high temperature
3. Sensor/electrode installation: ① water pool, ② pipe installation (need to confirm pressure and flow rate), ③ tank (need to confirm tank material, temperature, pressure, sensor installation location and other detailed information)
4. Required cable length (cable required between sensor and secondary instrument); if the distance is far, it is recommended to use a signal amplifier
Precautions
1. Whether the water contains corrosive substances and their approximate concentration; if it contains hydrofluoric acid, a special HF acid-resistant sensor is required;
2. Temperature: If the temperature is high, you must select the corresponding high temperature sensor.
