Research on DTC system based on stator flux vector prediction Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional hysteresis control used in direct torque control (DTC) technology, such as large torque and current pulsation and distortion of flux trajectory in overvoltage sectors, a direct torque control method based on stator flux vector prediction is proposed. First, the flux vector of the next control cycle is predicted based on the deviation of flux and torque; then, the current flux vector is subtracted from the predicted flux vector to obtain the voltage vector that needs to be added to the motor stator to compensate for the current deviation. The simulation shows that the improved system suppresses flux and torque pulsation, improves the current waveform, suppresses harmonics, and has good dynamic and static performance.
