Analysis of PWM drive mode of white light LED Due to its low cost, long life and small size, white light is rapidly becoming the choice of lighting and backlight, and the research on its drive circuit has received widespread attention. There are two ways to achieve the dimming function of LED: analog dimming and PWM dimming. The disadvantage of using analog dimming technology is that color shift will occur as the forward current changes, while PWM dimming changes the forward current conduction time by turning on and off the LED to achieve the effect of brightness adjustment. This article will explain how to use PWM to adjust the brightness, design an LED drive circuit suitable for lighting applications, and achieve good lighting effects after use.
