【Abstract】 Combining the latest development of current electronic technology and image processing technology, a hardware platform for image detection and positioning based on ADSP-2181 digital signal processor is designed to meet the needs of industrial applications of image detection. The parallel data flow analysis method is used to systematically demonstrate the use of ADSP-2181 as the core processor of the image detection system, and the data flow model and control model of the system are proposed. Based on this design, a high-performance hardware system with multiple functions such as video image acquisition, real-time display, image processing and image detection is implemented. Based on the needs of mark recognition and positioning of PCB automatic detection, a Hough transform algorithm suitable for hardware processing is proposed to detect PCB circular positioning marks, and experimental results are given.
