Abstract: This paper introduces the hardware and software design scheme and implementation of a medium-sized digital TFT-LCD panel test device with FPGA as the core device, focusing on the hardware and software design of the drive timing generation, VCOM and Gamma reference voltage generation, and key PWM dimming function module. Through software timing simulation and experimental verification, the test device can clearly and stably display common TFT-LCD test screens such as monochrome, grayscale, Cross-Talk and Flicker. It has the advantages of flexible use, good versatility and strong portability, and can well meet the needs of defective product detection, optical performance testing and analysis in actual production. [Author Abstract]
