Abstract: This paper introduces the composition and structure of the self-designed nanosecond laser micromachining system, the functions and working principles of each part, and the hardware circuit design based on DSP and FPGA. The influence of parameters such as pulse repetition rate, laser energy and two-dimensional motion platform speed on the processing effect is analyzed, and the coordination between pulsed laser and two-dimensional platform motion is optimized and improved. The whole system has a simple structure, convenient control, stable and reliable, and achieves high-efficiency and high-precision micromachining. [Author Abstract]
