Abstract: Aiming at the working characteristics and development trend of multi-axis motion CNC system, a design of stepper motor servo control card based on PCI local bus of FPGA is proposed. The linear interpolation and trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration control algorithms suitable for FPGA are adopted in the design. The control card is applied to the industrial marking system of a precision machinery company in Chongqing. It can drive the 256-subdivision drive to run smoothly with low noise. [Author Abstract]
