The design of practical low-cost electronic price-calculating scale system introduces a software and hardware design method of electronic price-calculating scale based on AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer. The system adopts dual-integral circuit to replace the expensive A/D chip as the data acquisition system, and uses a LM324 chip to design analog A/D to read the current voltage value of the battery when the machine is turned on and judge the low voltage. The system is composed of a full-bridge circuit composed of strain gauge sensors, which senses the weight of the material and converts it into a voltage that is linearly related to it. Then, it is processed through the dual-integral circuit and input into the AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer, and is displayed in real time through a 16-bit LCD liquid crystal. At the same time, the voice quotation circuit realizes the voice quotation of the unit price, total price and change. The hardware circuit of the electronic price-calculating scale includes the LCD driver chip HT1621B, low voltage detection circuit, voice driver circuit, etc., achieving the design purpose of efficient, reliable and accurate electronic price-calculating scale.
