Abstract: Design a high-speed data acquisition and transmission system with FPGA and EZ-USB FX2 as the core. The system uses FPGA as a bridge for data acquisition and data transmission. The data collected by the A/D converter is transmitted to the internal endpoint of EZ-USB FX2 after passing through FPGA, and finally transmitted to the host computer by EZ-USB FX2. The paper gives the hardware structure of the system and the related software program design. The application of FX2 simplifies the circuit design, improves the reliability of the system, and realizes high-speed data acquisition and transmission. The system is very suitable for portable measuring instruments.
