Abstract: In order to solve the problem of light-load operation of pumping units in oilfield exploitation, an energy-saving scheme of intermittent control of pumping units using expert intelligent control is proposed. The structure of the expert controller is established, focusing on the construction of a fuzzy neural network inference engine based on genetic algorithm. On this basis, the software and hardware platform of the pumping unit energy-saving expert control system is constructed with ARM processor and embedded Linux operating system as the core. The system has been successfully applied to the intermittent start-stop control of pumping units, with obvious energy-saving effect.
