Abstract: The increasingly complex application requirements have led to a rapid increase in the functional complexity, integration and performance of SoCs, which has brought new challenges to SoC design and verification, and will inevitably require us to adopt more reliable and effective design and verification solutions. Guided by the software-hardware co-design methodology and verification methodology, this paper systematically introduces the specific process and implementation plan of SoC software-hardware co-design and verification in the design process of a certain model of ARM7-based SoC, with the embedded operating system μCOS-Ⅱ as the software platform. Finally, the verification process and results are explained and analyzed.
