Abstract: Aiming at the lack of universal drivers for USB data acquisition devices, an OPC data access server based on USB data acquisition module is designed. The server is developed using the CONTROX toolkit, and the OPC server is established by calling the relevant OPC runtime library functions through the Visual C++6.0 environment. At the same time, the API provided by the data acquisition module writes and writes the data collected in the device. The design method has been verified on the Rankine cycle steam turbine power system test bench, and the established OPC server is connected through the WebAccess configuration software to achieve local and remote monitoring of the test equipment.
