Integral Imaging (II) is a 3D imaging technology that uses a microlens array for recording and display. This technology is currently becoming the most promising method for realizing the next generation of 3D television, attracting much attention in the field of 3D technology internationally. This paper proposes a new camera model construction method for quickly generating II images based on the 3D graphics software POVRAY, elaborates on the implementation algorithm of the camera model, and uses the camera to record virtual 3D scenes. Experimental results show that the use of this camera model can meet the real-time requirements to the greatest extent while ensuring image quality. Keywords: 3D panoramic imaging technology; microlens array; POVRAY software; ray tracing
