Abstract: On the embedded Linux platform, an application and a USB Gadget driver are developed to transmit real-time audio and video streams when the USB OTG controller works in peripheral mode. The goal is to achieve real-time transmission of compressed video streams and original audio streams from the USB OTG device to the USB host. Test results show that the design can meet the real-time transmission requirements, and the audio and video bandwidth can reach 1000Kbit/s. If the design is further improved, there is still a huge room for improvement in the transmission bandwidth.
