This paper introduces the research of energy-saving control technology based on TMS320F2812 DSP chip. By using the powerful computing power of TMS320F2812, the actual power factor angle is calculated according to the zero-crossing point of the motor input voltage and current, and the target value of the optimal power factor angle is compared. The output trigger pulse is adjusted to make the motor run at the optimal power factor state, so as to achieve the control goal of motor energy saving and high efficiency.
