This article introduces the pulse wave signal collected from the human body. Since the pulse wave signal has a relatively low signal-to-noise ratio, it is difficult to accurately measure the subsequent parameters, so it is very important and necessary to remove the noise interference. Among them, the common noise in the pulse wave signal includes power frequency interference, baseline drift, limb shaking, interference caused by muscle tension, etc. This article designs the filter based on frequency domain analysis. The FIR digital filter is easier to achieve strict linear phase characteristics, which is required by medical signal filtering. The system is always stable. At the same time, considering the requirements of operation speed and real-time display of waveforms, a simple integer coefficient filter method based on zero-pole cancellation is selected for pulse wave signal processing, which can realize real-time signal processing on MATLAB.
