Abstract: Aiming at the increasing printing demand of embedded systems, a USB micro-printer interface module is designed, which uses the USB bus universal interface chip CH375A as the USB host control chip and the low-power 16-bit single-chip microcomputer MSP430F449 as the host controller. The working principle of the USB-based micro-printer interface is introduced, and the hardware circuit and electromagnetic compatibility design of the MSP430F449 single-chip microcomputer controlling the USB micro-printer through CH375A are discussed. The software design methods such as USB micro-printer enumeration, data synchronization, and data batch transmission are given. The actual application shows that the USB micro-printer is easy to use, and the interface module has strong anti-interference ability and high reliability.
