With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, fixed mobile convergence (FMC) technology, which can reduce operating costs and provide users with complete, seamless, continuous and consistent service experience, has become the focus of attention of operators, equipment manufacturers and international standard organizations. Based on this, this paper first briefly analyzes the PCC QoS guarantee architecture in LTE and the RACS architecture of TISPAN, summarizes the four requirements of 3GPP PCC architecture to meet the sharing of FMC and core network, proposes a LTE core network PCC and QoS architecture solution that meets the convergence requirements, and verifies the rationality and feasibility of the solution through examples.
