Aiming at the situation that weak signals cannot be accurately measured in harsh working environments, an amplification and measurement circuit with high-precision instrument amplifier AD623 as the core device is designed to achieve accurate amplification of voltage signals in the range of 0mV to 25mV. At the same time, a high-precision optical isolator ACPL. C87B is used to isolate the influence of the measurement end on the acquisition end. According to experimental measurements, the small signal amplification and measurement circuit can achieve an accuracy of one percent. In addition, the circuit also has the characteristics of suppressing common-mode interference, suppressing temperature drift, good stability, and strong anti-interference.
