The resource requirements of power electronic devices for general digital control systems were investigated, and the characteristics of control chips such as MCU, PIC, DSP, and FPGA were compared. The system control core based on dual DSP and its application software were completed; auxiliary power supply high-frequency bus technology; high-voltage isolation auxiliary power supply technology; parallel and serial optical isolation high-speed D/A conversion test and evaluation of MCU and DSP were completed. The above controllers were successfully applied to parallel active power filters, new hybrid active filters, multi-level medium-voltage frequency conversion test devices, and new bidirectional multi-channel DC/DC high-frequency switching converters. An invention patent for ultra-high voltage isolated auxiliary power supply was applied. A digital controller platform based on dual MCU for precision multi-channel digital control switching power supply was designed. The study found that the general development platform that meets the requirements of various power electronic control systems has a series of mutually restrictive factors in terms of price, performance, complexity, etc. In practical applications, several typical control platforms can be used to realize the functions of the general control platform. Subsequent achievements: Two new digital control development platforms have been developed and have been applied to 200kVA medium-voltage frequency conversion systems, light hybrid power and automotive hybrid drive test devices.
