The BESIII Main Drift Chamber (MDC) electronics system under construction is used to receive the output signals of the 6796 signal wires in the main drift chamber, and after a series of processing, transmit the data to the online data acquisition system for further analysis and processing. The BESIII online data acquisition system uses advanced computer and network technology on a large scale and adopts a multi-level parallel processing solution. The lowest level is a readout chassis based on the VME bus system, which consists of the front-end electronics MQT plug-in and related control plug-ins and PPC. The VME processor uses the MVME5100 single-board computer to complete data acquisition, processing, monitoring and transmission. Several readout chassis are connected to the readout computer through the 100M Switch of the Ethernet network to form a readout branch. All readout branches are connected to the online computer group through a Switch of more than 1G, forming the data flow trunk path of the data acquisition system. The sub-case data packets from each readout branch are aggregated into a complete case through the online computer group, and are marked, processed and monitored until they are safely recorded to permanent media.
