Network-based virtual intelligent assembly is a hot topic in the research of virtual assembly technology. Due to the limitations of network bandwidth and virtual platform compatibility, JavaApplet and VRML technology are used. The network-based virtual assembly process is studied, including: assembly sequence problems, collision avoidance problems, and correct installation position prompt problems. Taking sliding bearings as an example, a network-based intelligent assembly system is implemented, laying a good foundation for further improvement and optimization of network intelligent virtual assembly technology.
