Research on single-stage power factor correction based on UC3854

Based on the study of the principle of single-stage power factor correction, this paper designs a control circuit and a main circuit of the system based on UC3854, and analyzes and calculates the parameters of the main circuit in detail; the experiment proves that the parameter design of the system is accurate and effective, the input power factor (PF) of the system reaches above 0.99, and the total harmonic distortion (THD) is below 6%; the system has good steady-state performance, and the output voltage can remain stable in a wide input voltage range.
