The purpose of remote control is to break through the geographical and environmental restrictions and remotely monitor the operating status and various parameters of field equipment. Especially in the case of discrete distribution of field equipment and harsh working environment, the adoption of remote control technology realizes cross-regional centralized control, saves manpower and material resources, reduces production costs, and improves productivity and economic benefits. This paper uses the ARM7TDMI series S3C44BOX embedded microprocessor and μC/OS-Ⅱ as the system development platform, and studies and completes the porting of the operating system, the writing of application programs and the integration test of the system. On the basis of fully understanding the μC/OS-Ⅱ file architecture and porting conditions, the three files OS_CPU.H, OS_CPU_AASM and OS_CPU_C.C are ported. The communication format of mobile phone text messages is customized. The application program is written to monitor, read, write, analyze and execute serial port information. According to the system function, the tasks and task priorities that need to be scheduled by the operating system are formulated. System debugging is mainly divided into two steps. First, the program code is debugged offline on the host machine, and then it is downloaded to the target machine through the JTAG port for online debugging after success. This paper combines mobile communication technology and embedded technology and applies them to remote control systems. SMS short message service is used to send monitoring instructions to remote devices due to its simple operation, low cost and high reliability. The transplantation of embedded real-time operating system can better realize the analysis and execution of monitoring instructions and improve the execution efficiency of the system.
