Aiming at the driving control characteristics of traveling wave ultrasonic motor, a driving control system based on LPC2124 is designed to facilitate motor debugging, realize motor speed or position signal detection, and detect the ambient temperature when the motor is started for the first time. The traditional push-pull circuit is used to realize power amplification, and the series inductor is used for resonant matching. The built-in pulse width modulator and A/D converter of LPC2124, plus the fine-tuning resistor, can adjust the PWM frequency in real time, so as to facilitate the debugging of the motor. The Hall sensor ATS642LSH is combined with the ring gear fixed on the motor rotor to detect the motor speed or position. The LM75 temperature sensor is used to detect the ambient temperature and provide a reference temperature for the first start of the motor. The experiment shows that the system can smoothly detect the ambient temperature, can stably and reliably drive the motor to work, and detect the motor speed or position signal at the same time. Abstract: For the special driving and controlling features of traveling-wave type ultrasonic motor,to facilitate motor\'s testing, to detect the speed or position of motor, to sense the temperature when first driving the motor, this paper designed a system based on LPC2124.A traditional push-pull circuit amplified power and series inductor resonated with motor.LPC2124\'s pulse-width modulator and A/D converter with an adjustable resistor could modulate the frequency of PWM real time.Hall sensor ATS642LSH detected the speed or position with a ring gear fixed on the rotor.LM75 measured the environment temperature,and LPC2124 generated PWM signals according to the temperature,especially when first driving the motor.The experiment results show that the system could successfully measure the temperature,steadily and reliably drive motor,and detect speed or position singal.
