There is serious radio interference in the working frequency band of high-frequency ground wave radar, especially at night, it is difficult to find available quiet bandwidth. The application of bandpass filter enables random frequency hopping signals to make full use of non-continuous quiet narrow frequency bands and improve the survivability of radar systems. This paper studies the design method of bandpass filter under random frequency hopping signal system, and proposes a method for phase compensation of bandpass filtered data, which can effectively reduce the sidelobe level of the signal. The feasibility of this method is verified by simulation of actual electromagnetic environment data.
