This paper first introduces the hardware structure of the universal signal processing board with multiple DSPs sharing the bus, the CPCI bus interface design based on PCI9054 and the inter-board communication process of the universal signal processing board controlled by FPGA. The framework and development process of the WDM driver based on Windows2000 system are discussed in depth. Taking the data acquisition device based on target detection radar as an example, the development of CPCI bus driver using the driver development kit \"DDK\" provided by Windows is introduced. This driver successfully realizes high-speed DMA transmission between the universal signal processing board and the host, as well as the host\'s access to the resources on the signal processing board and the host\'s debugging of the target machine. In addition, the design of the application software of the data acquisition device is briefly introduced.
