Aiming at the problem that the switching frequency cannot be too high under high power conditions, a unipolar frequency-doubled SPWM wave modulation method is adopted on the basis of traditional three-loop control, so that the output voltage waveform distortion rate of the inverter meets the specified requirements under the condition of low switching frequency. Based on the introduction of its modulation principle, the simulation model of the system is established using Matlab/Simulink and verified by experiments. The results show that this method can effectively reduce the THD of the output waveform.
